Position Summary The Claims Revenue Cycle Specialist will work closely with operations providing assistance and coordinating enhancements that would directly affect the overall success of the Data Mining division. The role of the Claims Revenue Cycle Specialist is to oversee outlined projects; coordinate, track and quality review system enhancements; assist with training needs, and document regional policies and procedures. The Claims Revenue Cycle Specialist will oversee regional projects that are considered manual processes and develop enhancements to minimize the manual work done on these types of projects. The Claims Revenue Cycle Specialist will have a key role in the development and implementation of efficiencies that would directly benefit operations.
Maintain the following Projects · Create query ideas generated from reviews of client data, client systems, and research developed from those systems and data. · Duplication scrubs between AIM lines of Business · Content Manager for division policies and procedures, client policies and procedures, provider contracts. · Documentation of Division policies and procedure, query information · Coordinate/QA enhancements for internal systems · Assist/Coordinate training documentation on enhancements · Assist with any other projects outlined by management Bring your talent to an industry leader with the information, technology, and consulting expertise to help transform health and human services. Qualifications Education/Experience · Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience is required. · Previous experience working with revenue cycles, cost containment, and/or cost avoidance. · Ideal candidate will have up to 2 years in data analysis and/or a healthcare-related field along with previous revenue cycle management experience. · Internal candidates should have strong familiarity with internal systems: RACER, Safari and FACS. · I year direct work experience in project coordination and organization. · Proficient use of Word, Excel, and Access · Extensive experience working both independently and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. · Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. · Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. · Reacts to adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. · Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities · Excellent written and oral communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. · Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
